Guests must wear safety equipment and follow the rafting guide at all times.
If a serious or minor accident happens during pickup, drop-off, transport, or activity, our responsibility is limited only to ambulance costs or transportation costs to the nearest hospital or clinic.
We are not responsible for personal medical treatment costs, hospital bills, loss of personal belongings, or any additional expenses.
Guests are strongly advised to have personal travel insurance.
Cancellation and reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the activity starts.
Late arrival or no-show may be considered a same-day cancellation and may not be refunded.
